Gregg Gray | The PROGRESS Framework
A structured coaching program for anyone ready to move forward honestly. Through recovery, loss, reinvention, or simply because you know you are capable of more.
The Coach
I have lived a full life. I have worked across multiple countries and industries, led teams, built things, and had genuine adventures along the way. I have also lived through behavioural addiction, significant loss, failed ventures, and legal consequences for my own actions.
The rebuilding took years. And it is continuous. Therapy, EMDR, honest conversations, group recovery work, and the slow daily practice of changing one thing at a time. Not dramatic. Not linear. Real.
Through that process, and through years of observing growth in businesses, teams, and the people around me, I started noticing patterns. The same dimensions kept showing up in every genuine transformation I witnessed or lived. Whether it was an individual rebuilding their life, a team finding its footing, or a person simply deciding to live more intentionally, the same threads ran through all of it.
PROGRESS is the framework I built from those patterns. Eight dimensions that show up in every growth journey, whatever form that journey takes. I know every part of it because every part of it has been walked.
What came back through that work, the capacity for joy, for genuine connection, for waking up and feeling like the day ahead has something worth moving toward, that is what this is pointing toward. Not just stability. A full life, fully lived.
The quiet confidence that arrives slowly when you do the work honestly and keep showing up regardless, I know what that feels like. And I know it is available to anyone willing to do the same.
Gregg Gray | The PROGRESS Framework
The Framework
A twelve-week coaching program. Each session is a genuine conversation with structure behind it. The tools and workbook belong to you long after the program ends.
Who is on the bus with you? The people around us shape the journey more than almost anything else.
Seeing clearly without the fog. The full picture, both what it has cost and what is genuinely there.
Not self-blame. Self-determination. The moment you own the story is the moment you can change it.
The flywheel builds invisibly. Every attempt, including the ones that did not hold, is part of the work.
Six daily non-negotiables. The foundation that holds everything up, especially on the hard days.
The automatic stories that limit what feels possible. Surface them. Question them. Start writing different ones.
What is each habit, relationship, and commitment serving right now? Direct your energy toward what actually matters.
The framework applied continuously, across every domain of life. Setbacks are diagnostic. Keep going.
Who This Is For
"The life comes back. The love comes back. The capacity for joy, for genuine connection, for waking up and feeling like the day ahead has something worth moving toward. That is what this work is pointing toward."
